I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Mitch this afternoon. She managed to break down some knots that I've had for some time. It feels great!

My visit to L’avenue Spa was such a lovely escape from busy daily life. Right when I stepped inside, soft lighting, gentle music and pleasant aromas helped me feel calm right away. Every area looked neat and well sanitized. My therapist listened carefully to my tight shoulder and back areas, using skilled, soothing techniques that eased long‑built tension.
