I visited L’AVENUE SPA twice during my 2-week stay in Montreal, and both visits were worth it! As an Asian who’s familiar with good massages, I know the difference between an average massage and an exceptional one. Mitch is genuinely skilled and knows what she’s doing. Highly recommend booking a session with her if you’re visiting Montreal!

I had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Mitch this afternoon. She managed to break down some knots that I've had for some time. It feels great!
Next visit to Montreal I'll definitely return!

You will definitely come back for more appointments!! Very good massage.. highly recommend! 👏👏👌👌

My wife and I had a great experience on our first visit! The service was excellent, and the massage therapists were very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed it and will definitely be coming back!

Exceptional wellness and relaxation service!
